INITIAL COIN OFFERING (ICO)
According to the company's Charter, following the results of the financial year, 20% of the profit from the project "ITOB-Platform" will be transferred to the "Ethereum" wallet, from which it will be distributed over the wallets of the ITOB tokens holders in accordance with the terms of the smart contract.
Name of the token: ITEX token - "ITOB" share smart contract. Tokens will be distributed in proportion to the amount contributed by investors during the ICO.
During the ICO, 70% of tokens will be sold, of which 10% at the pre ICO stage. 20% of the tokens as the first dividend will be frozen and distributed among all token owners one year after the ICO.

Our team is based in Tallinn, Estonia and Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Tallinn is our financial centre with 10 staff. Bishkek is our management and R&D; centre where 18 staff are based.
Artur Samudinov Founder of ITOB Arthur has wide range of experience in Managing Life Cycle Products, Competitive Analysis, and Product portfolio management. Prior to that, he was testing and reviewing products within the crypto market. His stand-out piece was his bitcoin revolution review, which was featured in major publications. He also holds two master’s degree of International Economics, Politics and Marketing.
Iskender Sharsheyev CTO Iskender has several years of experience in major aspects of the company's technological development. He is an expert in research with studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation. His active and practical approach leads the company to the expected growth.
Talgat Chekirov CCO Talgat is Chief Content Officer at ITOB.He is an expert in managing all online campaigns, website and social media. Talgat has experience in collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers. He gained his SEO and social media experience while working as a marketing product manager.
Alexandre Tulyakov Product Manager Alexandre has gained experience by his unique strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product line.
